Position Responsibilities

 You will be responsible for providing level 1 & 2 support diagnostics to both internal and external clients.

The role will have responsibility for:

• Support and monitoring real time trading issues
• Monitoring performance and capacity planning
• Fault reporting and escalation to appropriate vendors
• Client Configuration and Onboarding
• Data analysis

Person Specification

 Essential

• Solid understanding of basic computing principles
• Enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to understand a wide-range of technologies
• Ability to work well within a team, to tights deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Good communication skills

Desirable (depending on your work experience)

• Understanding of FX market
• Experience of providing first-level desktop &/or IT support in a helpdesk environment
• Experience of Market Data Information systems (e.g. Reuters, etc)
• Understanding of FIX protocol &/or STP &/or connectivity &/or trade flows
• Installation of trading GUIs &/or APIs
