The company is a fast paced entrepreneurial company that will continue to grow and they are looking for like minded individuals to add to a growing team.

Uniquely, they have positioned themselves as a boutique treasury and all partners are ex-treasury from leading banks. They have the ability, through their counterparties to offer unsecured credit facilities and maturities where other banks may struggle. They offer spot/forward/structured hedging solutions to Corporate customers. The successful candidate will have full autonomy to determine end pricing to client,( i.e.) you manage client pricing for your portfolio.  They also have the ability to offer these corporate clients relevant commodity hedging products.

The role

Due to the continued growth they are now recruiting for a senior sales role to further build the UK business. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years+ Treasury sales experience and have a transferrable book of customers to take with them.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to build a team and reap the benefits of succeeding in a growing entity. The package offers the right candidate an attractive basic & unlike many of their banking competitors guaranteed commission structure with uncapped earnings plus a potential equity stake in the business if certain levels are achieved.
