Global leading consultancy is looking to hire several Risk Transformation Programme Leads with a background in Financial Services.  Understand the key drivers for change in Investment Banking, Commercial, Retail banking or Insurance

You must be able to demonstrate a substantial background in Financial Services and be experienced in team leadership, driving delivery, shaping sales, and business development.  The role will require having an expert knowledge within Risk and having extensive experience within Consulting or multiple complex change programmes within Risk.    

1.     Regulatory Driven Implementation Programmes

• Regulatory programme change management (key Challenges, structure, resourcing etc.)
• Current regulatory change & the impact on C-suite level stakeholders
• Regulatory change drivers and key success factors
• Value driven regulatory change
• Strategic and tactical solution management & architecture

2.     Operating Models Change & Re-Organisation

• Operating model design in Finance, Risk, Treasury
• Multi-phase operating model delivery roadmaps
• Process excellence & LEAN process optimisation
• Skills and talent re-organisation and business operating model changes
• Legal/HR impacts of operating model change & re-organisation
• Business and Technology cross over in operating model changes

3.     Large Scale Offshoring, Onshoring and Outsourcing

• Offshoring/Onshoring/Outsourcing programme management
• Shared Service design & implementation
• BPO design & implementation
• Resource management and business case design
• Multi-time zone programme management
• Process/Operating Model design for Offshore/Onshore/Outsource mix programmes

4.     Large Scale Technology Re-Platforming 

• Finance, Risk, Treasury strategic architecture
• Complex technology change programmes
• Programme management (budget control, planning, stakeholder management)
• Business analysis, requirements definition & solution architecture
• Technology specific skills (e.g. Oracle OFSAA)

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to lead and shape teams, develop Consultancy solution blueprints for various clients and Finance and Risk related technologies, and guide these through to delivery.

As a Management Consultant, you will be working with clients within Investment Banking and Financial Services to provide Finance & Risk Management services. Have excellent understanding of complex change initiatives in the global financial services industry. 

Deep technology and financial services knowledge must be combined with the ability to provide strategic guidance, handle complex client situations, and communicate effectively with all levels of the client organisation.

Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills and be credible working at a senior level. This is a client focused role, therefore excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under little supervision. You need to be delivery focused.

Solid CV with outstanding academics, numeracy, IT literacy and communication skills. Most importantly the potential to rapidly add value in this extremely switched on environment.
