Job Responsibilitie:

• Manage and coach a team of engineers and operators, to provide outstanding services through his/her leadership and technical guidance
• Manage monitoring of all critical revenue generating systems, including critical business applications, WAN, VoIP Infrastructure, Databases, Storage, Distribution Center Infrastructure, Data Centers physical environment and Job Scheduling
• Strive to maintain the highest level of service for all (internal and external) customers. Develops process and procedures to streamline work activities and continuously strive for process improvement
• Maintain appropriate and timely communications with senior management regarding incident and maintenance events
• Drive standard, control all execution and monitor all critical aspect of the computing environment and focus on Availability and Performance

Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Information Systems
• Minimum 10 - 15 years’ experience in information technology with a minimum 5+ years' of experience managing a 24/7, mission critical, Integrated Operation Center/Network Operation Center
• Deep knowledge of common troubleshooting procedures for Cisco, Microsoft Window Servers, Linux and Cisco VoIP technologies
• Experience in handling 3rd party service provider
• Good knowledge of ITIL – Minimum an ITIL Foundation Certification
