Our client is a leading global asset manager with clients in US, Europe, Asia and Middle East.

They are seeking a high calibre Institutional Client Services Executive. The role holder will coordinate all client account activity across their institutional clients, including pension funds, local authorities and insurance companies. Key reponsibilities include coordinating all client account activity across the business, managing client onboarding and terminations, ensuring investment guidelines are set and monitored, ensuring sign-off of client documentation, working with Legal, PMs, Risk, Trading and all other relevant areas of the business and assisting on all other investment-related client communications.

The successful candidate will be required to have knowledge of the institutional asset management industry, ideally with previous experience in servicing institutional pension fund clients on a day to day basis. The successful candidate will also be required to have a good knowledge of basic investment principles, exceptional project management skills, a high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. The IMC qualification will be highly desirable.
