J.P. Morgan’s Winning Women: Inside Investment Banking event begins with a networking dinner reception where you will have the opportunity to meet some of our most powerful female employees, as well as more junior women who were in your position just a few years ago. This informal event is your opportunity to learn about what it’s like to work for a global investment bank – and have all your questions answered.

The following day will involve presentations by some of our inspirational leaders, interactive activities, shadowing the trading floor and sessions to help you make the best of your skills, in preparation for a career in investment banking.

Previous Winning Women attendees have participated in our other programmes and some are now working at J.P. Morgan full-time.

To attend, you should be in your penultimate year of study (graduating in 2011) at a European University, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent, in any subject. An interest in the financial markets is required.
