VP with experience in renewable energy is required for market leading international M&A boutique.

As a well established and globally recognized market leader within their chosen field of paper & packaging they have found that their core sector is expanding into the renewable energy sector to meet the demands of their clients. As a result of this organic growth they are now looking to add a VP with experience in the energy sector, preferably renewables to the team, to complement the recent addition of an MD in renewables.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced banker looking continue their career in a growing sector, but in a high quality environment that values a relationship driven approach, not something that is always the case at larger banks.

The ideal candidate will come from a either an investment banking background, or another high quality boutique, and will have a strong understanding of the M&A transaction process. You will be expected to manage junior members of the team, so strong management skills are important, and most importantly you must be someone that can work in an entrepreneurial and independent environment.

An additional foreign is a slight advantage but by no means essential.
