We believe the current market conditions are ideal to help facilitate a strong growth planning phase over the next 3 to 5 years, and are looking to grow from 12 to 50 in that period of time. We are looking to hire sensibly, and grow out our services to encompass more of the mid to senior lines roles that will supplement our change capability.
With this in mind, we are looking to recruit a commercially strong recruitment lead who will take a warm business desk with extensive contacts and live clients, as well a strong database of contacts to develop a broader banking offering, encompassing a wider geographical approach.
A major part of this role is to recruit and develop a strong team of consultants (between 5/15) over the next few years and take responsibility for the overall delivery and client relationships within the team. This is a key hire for MC Partners and the successful candidate will be given the support and resources to achieve considerable success within this role.
We are interested in having discussions with candidates that have the following background:
* Over 3 years successful experience in banking recruitment (track record of billing £250k+ per annum).
OR
* Management Consulting or change professional at one of the Big 4, with strong banking experience and good content skills who is interested in developing commercial skills.
