An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual with experiences in managing large scale Financial Services client engagements. Taking the position of Lead Deal Manager within the Deal Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deal process in partnership with Sales and Relationship Management, Product Management, Programme Delivery Team and other key functional stakeholders within the organisation such as operations and technology.
Further responsibilities will include taking ownership for the deal and ensuring appropriate involvement from all relevant stakeholders throughout lifecycle, leadership of the Deal Team and management of external advisors. Working to perform strategic gap analysis, management and oversight of pricing and commercial aspects of the deal. Coordinating NDA, contract, SLA presentation. Ensuring early involvement of the Transition Team and managing deal handover post contract. The ability to manage contributions from a large number of specialists and be able to distill key messages for both the client and the business Senior Executives.
Experience in the Financial Services industry, especially asset management and the insurance sectors is essential along with strong knowledge of securities services and fund management industry, with good operational and technology background, ideally with outsourcing experience. The ability to work effectively in an unpredictable, time constrained and high pressure environment, working cross-geography and across different time-zones.
