Our client is a top tier Private Equity firm. With their track record in real estate seed capital has been allocated for their debt plaform. As a result they are looking to hire a seasoned professional to lead their efforts across real estate debt.

The firm sees the current climate as extremely advantageous and are planning to invest into various opportunistic transactions across Europe. This appointment will initially have a UK & European bias and will be focused on originating distressed debt across real estate. You will be responsible for originating opportunistic deals from an existing network of contacts, as well as building and maintaining new relationships. You will also be responsible for building and managing a team from scratch You will be well educated, with the right level of relevant work experience & a track record within a bank or private equity space. Applicants should have experience in real estate debt, an extensive and solid network of contacts as well as the ability to originate distressed debt from day 1. Based in London but with frequent travel across the globe, you will report into the Head of the Group. English is a prerequisite and another European language would be ideal.
