Our client, a global banking group with offices in over 20 countries, are seeking an established people manager preferably with a background in investments or financial services to join their operations in Glasgow. Looking after a small team within their settlements area, you should be used to a high intensity environment and have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to be very client focused. Excellent people management skills are essential and this will be a very hands on role, looking at staff development and motivation as well as acting as a point of escalation for any issues that may arise in this business area.
