As a result of significant growth over recent years and with a mandate to strengthen internal risk management, my client is now looking to bolster the presence of the Internal Audit team with additional resources.

The Internal Audit Manager reports directly to the Head of Internal Audit. You will be expected to be the focal point to lead internal audit assignments in the execution of the Internal Audit plan, audit reporting (preparation and finalisation) and provide independent, objective assurance. You will also lead co-source partners on planning and assignment execution, and as appropriate, lead the co-sourced internal audit team on assignment. There will be a strong focus, in the short-term, on establishing a successful internal audit function providing audit and consulting services to specific areas of the business.

Are you a self starter with hands-on audit experience and the initiative to engage a varied array of people? The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have completed a CA/CPA qualification. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience within the internal audit / risk management /operational areas. A CIA/CISA qualification would also be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
