· The analysis, business recommendation and implementation of client requirements for new or existing clients. · Ensuring that tax, accounting standards and reporting changes are captured and incorporated within our Funds Services platform. · Provision of specialist support to the Sales and Relationship Management areas of the organisation. · Representing the business on new and existing outsourcing deals, during due diligence, requirements gathering and implementation.
Experience Required:
· A detailed knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards is essential with knowledge of US GAAP an advantage. · Corporation tax and capital gains tax knowledge obtained through professional study. · Knowledge of internal and third party Fund Accounting and Administration essential. · Strong technical knowledge of fund structures and products in the Life Assurance and asset management sectors. · Experience of taxation and financial reporting in more than one European market desirable but not essential.
