This regional business is listed on the NASDAQ. Positioned as a strong market brand with a dominating portion of market share, they grow through innovation and cutting edge technology.

Reporting to the Regional Chief Executive Officer in Asia and the Head of Finance in North America, you will adopt the number one position in finance for the region. The role operates in a senior management capacity, business partnering the country level vice presidents of sales and managing directors. You will be required to drive the strategic development process, this will drill down to 5 year planning, and annual operating plans. The role requires management of a regional accounting function at a macro level however you will take ownership over USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and Revenue Recognition compliance.

10 years commercial experience with a multinational

Regional experience in Asia in a senior management role

Excellent influencing, negotiating and presenting skills

The ability to initiate, implement and drive change

Strategic approach to business finance

Confidence at a senior management level challenging the status quo

English is imperative at a native level
