Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage different operations projects including Asia Pacific regional initiatives, global operations infrastructure and platform initiative
  • In charge of operational risk control and assessment, process re-engineering with Six Sigma
  • Lead the respective Operations and IT teams to go through business case evaluation, project initiation/ definition, gap analysis, testing and trail run, conversion and post-implementation support
  • Co-ordinate with key stakeholders for projects implementation in Asia Pacific, budget management on IT expenditure
  • Communicate with key business partners includes front office, finance, risk control to derive an optimal solution for the business
  • Contact overseas counterparts frequently

Job Requirements:
  • University graduate degree, in Finance or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ project management experience with good knowledge in trade lifecycle
  • Solid project and people management experience with a strong business focus
  • Hands-on knowledge on treasury products (Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and Equity, Derivatives, Options and Structured Products, their market practices and inherent risks)
  • Effective management style with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in both spoken and written English
  • Sound computer skills including MS PowerPoint and word
  • Periodical travel is required
