Your primary role as a Business Analyst within the risk management and compliance area of this leading financial services group will be to work with compliance professionals and the bank’s Information Technology staff to improve the systems used by the Compliance team.
To be a success in this role you should have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- financial services risk management, compliance or regulatory experience
- ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- keen attention to detail as well as an ability to view the bigger picture
- sound written and verbal communication skills to liaise with people Group-wide
- good interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels

- ability to work independently and as part of a team As a Business Analyst you will have a demonstrated capability to:
- assist with the development of processes and systems to support bank-wide compliance monitoring and administrative procedures
- develop business requirements for new IT initiatives and for enhancements to existing systems
- plan and manage testing for new systems and system enhancements
- liaise with business compliance teams and support areas across the company
- liaise with the Information Technology team on systems development
- Create project communications (including communicating with stakeholders and user training) and documentation
