My client is a global M&A and Restructuring house with an excellent reputation developed through years of delivering value and innovative solutions to companies and private equity houses looking to maximise company performance and value. The firm is currently expanding its London based operation.

Having delivered outstanding financial performance and an impressive record of closing complex M&A and Restructuring deals across Europe, my client is committed to expanding its European platform through the hiring of a number of key individuals at Associate and Vice President level for its core London centre.

Working closely with the Managing Partners, you will work on a variety of cross sector pan European M&A mandates with a particular emphasis on distressed scenarios triggering sell side accelerated M&A deals. You will take a leading role in driving origination efforts for the team as well as assisting in developing more junior team members.

To apply, you must have a proven recent and highly relevant track record closing corporate finance deals in an investment banking context. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction coordination skills are essential.
