Job Purpose:
The role requires a strong communicator and wordsmith, with the ability to absorb and understand messaging requirements from business, stakeholder and perspectives, in order to create compelling awards pitches and incisive client messaging that promotes our industry visibility, market credibility and client interest to engage us in discussions relating to their transaction services and commercial banking needs.
This person will also be instrumental in planning and staging key conferences and events on our marketing calendar, and leverage existing client communication channels to project thought leadership and position our innovative solutions to the market place.
The role reports to the Sector Marketing Head for Corporates and Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage effective channels of client communication, eg. client newsletters and bulletins
Work with coverage, sales and product teams to create effective marketing collateral (ie. brochures, bulletins, videos, place-mats, etc.)
Develop and prepare client case studies in collaboration with coverage and sales teams, and with clients
Collate and write winning awards pitches to maintain our poll position on key industry league tables
Work with our client coverage, product sales and product management teams across the region to plan, conceive and effectively stage major conferences and events, and effectively execute on client campaigns that promote engagement and strategic dialogue.

Knowledge/Experience:
Marketing background combined with client facing experience is an asset to the role
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, and ensure there is momentum and timely delivery of high quality output
Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking sales process and key solution sets would also be a benefit

Qualifications:
Degree in business, economics, marketing communications or related discipline (Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience)
