Our client, a major global player in investment banking is seeking a Singapore based functional support SYSTEMS CONTROLLER who is responsible to support the control, maintainance, functional development to key financial ERP systems .
The SYSTEM CONTROLLER ensures the ERP systems (PeopleSoft GL, Essbase) are functioning in terms of processing, data population, data integrity and performance required for it’s 2500 global Financial and Accounting users

THE ROLE:

- Validate all static data requests

- Maintenance of static data, reporting and processing hierarchies in key Financial Systems Databases

- Security admin for all Financial Systems

- Resolve global users queries

- Preparation of month and quarterly statistics associated with the static data maintenance

- Liaise with IT for any technical resolution required .

- Ensure that all configuration / processing in PeopleSoft and associated applications is working optimally.

THE PERSON :

• Degree qualified & experience in accounting with IT exposure (banking preferred, commerce or audit background will be considered).

• Ability to problem solve with end users.

Experience in Functional Production Support.

• Experience with large ERP systems (PeopleSoft is preferred)
