Our Client is a Global Financial Services house that demonstrates its leadership position based upon its risk appetite, focussed industry knowledge and superior customer service. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Director – Syndications, with consummate experience to join their team in Sydney, focusing on Australian and Asian companies.

As the Director you will play a key role in cultivating syndication business opportunities from corporate and institutional clients in Australia and actively pitch for mandates by providing innovative financial solutions to current clients and prospects. Working closely with the corporate team, you will promote and enhance the Bank's profile in the syndication markets in Australia and Asia. Using your superior verbal and written communication skills you will deliver appropriate and adequate assessment of the underwriting risks of financing structures to management.

Ideal candidates will be tertiary qualified in a finance or related discipline. Your deep experience and knowledge of the syndication market and financing tools in Australia enables you to deliver the highest service level to your clients. Your ability to work under pressure and achieve tight time frames is vital, as is your ability to engage senior internal and external stake holders. Your passion and enthusiasm along with your strong attention to detail and excellent knowledge of the syndications market will ensure you are well rewarded.
