Our client, a leading provider of financial services to institutional investors, is currently looking for an Experienced Fund Accountant (M/F).

Job description:

Reporting to the Account Manager (AM), the experienced Fund Accountant (FA) is responsible for all accounting related functions on assigned Funds. The experienced FA is responsible for covering activities in the absence of junior FA’s as assigned by the AM and for assisting the Team Leader in any designated task (funds review, expense budgets preparation). The experienced FA provides a key role in training the newer members of the team and is expected to be available to provide an immediate point of reference for technical queries, as well as to provide on the job training to less experienced staff.

The experienced FA is an integral part of delivering quality service to assigned clients and all actions must be considered as part of this overall goal. Achieving quality of service is a team effort and the experienced Fund Accountant needs to function at all times as a team player and ensure that other members of the team are actively encouraged to do so too.

Profile:

• At least 2 years operational in fund accounting;
• Strong organization and analytical skills;
• Personal initiative, good problem-solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment;
• Fluency in oral and written English.
