The Project Manager (PM) will be working within the Listed Derivatives Operations (LDO) Line Support group, reporting to the European head of change for LDO. LDO is part of Cash Securities Operations department within Investment Banking Support and covers the capture, clearance, processing and reconciliation of all exchange traded derivatives on all EMEA markets for Credit Suisse. There is also a growing client business which is part of a larger client services group within Cash Securities Operation and which works closely with LDO.

Position Description:
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, ranging from a few days effort to larger projects that may require months to accomplish. Most projects form part of a programme of work to achieve a specific strategic objective, e.g. to deliver a straight through process for the expiration of listed options. You will be responsible for updating and controlling the book of work assigned to you, for providing regular project status updates, for holding regular meetings with key sponsors and other stakeholders, for developing you own knowledge and skills necessary to influence and deliver solutions, to drive change and manage project teams, to understand and adhere to sound project management discipline and approach, and to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels within the Firm. The Project Manager will be required to engage in business analysis, business case preparation and planning.

Experience/Qualifications
Your exposure to the Listed Derivatives products or Banking Operations and you will have the ability to demonstrate organisational, analytical skills and be resilient and committed. We are looking for an individual who is ambitious and eager to gain experience in the industry and has the energy that we can channel productively.
You may already be in a project management/business analyst role in a consultancy environment with three to five years experience. The long term prospects are excellent and should you wish to progress in a project/BA role within Credit Suisse or secure a functional line management role - the opportunities are there. The aim is to build a natural succession plan for you.
