The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling construction costs and managing the accounts payable function.
Specific duties will include:
- Reviewing pre-sale and fit-out contracts, ensuring reporting obligations can be complied with
- Setting up contracts in Oracle and tracking charge orders
- Monitoring actual expenditure against budget and reporting on variances
- Liaising with senior members of the Construction Department, including Project Directors, Project Accountants and Legal teams.
Candidates will be qualified accountants, with team management experience within a construction company or property developer. You will be numerate with strong Excel skills. Exposure to Oracle Financials would also be highly advantageous.
