My client, a top tier investment bank, requires a professional with strong commercial real estate product knowledge to support their FICC trading desk.
Role Requirements:

  • Daily direct liaison with the front office traders.

  • Verify trader valuations on commercial real estate hard assets and debt positions.

  • Put in place proper controls to allow new products and new businesses.

  • Communicate opinions to senior management.

  • Produce high quality pricing work punctually.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Must have strong INTEX skills.

    • Strong Excel user.

    • Capital markets understanding as well as experience in commercial real estate lending and investments.

    • Education in a quantitative or real estate discipline.

    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
