Client Services Analyst in Windsor currently provides full PAM support to all clients in Europe. The Windsor office provides full support for the PAM family of products including Reporting, Data Integration, and other add-on products. Additionally, the The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide PAM Support to European clients. This support will include assisting clients with business related issues that can be accommodated by PAM, re-train and re-engineering clients on the use of PAM and defining business requirements for the PAM family of products. Aware of fixed income, financial services exposure is an advantage. Analytical skills
