One of the leading investment banks in the world. They are now looking for a seasoned structured drafter to lead the group. The Structured Equity Derivative Documentations team supports the Exotic Trading Desk as well as the Synthetic Product Group.
    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise a team of  12, covering markets within the APAC region
    • Responsible for the verification of the economics of structured equity derivative options and swaps, and drafting structured documentation
    • Work closely with legal, trading, sales and internal clients to  resolve trade related queries.
    Requirements:
    • 5-7 years experience in derivative drafting or negotiation
    • Legal qualification  is highly regarded
    • Knowledge of ISDA Definition
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
