Job Purpose:
Implement and manage strategic credit acquisition and account management technologies to meet business objectives. Liaise with technology software providers, product risk managers, strategy management analysts and Global Decisioning group
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Strategy Development group, product risk groups and global decisioning group to understand business objectives. Effectively create and implement strategies within Risk technology systems to meet business objectives. Interface with Scoring Managers and Global Decisioning Group to understand and accurately reflect scorecard objectives. Insure timely scorecard and strategy implementation to support product life cycle objectives. Provide necessary reporting to support strategy effectiveness

Skills
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of credit management decision technologies.
Experience in Consumer Credit Risk.
Understanding of the Credit Risk function related to unsecured and secured lending products, including credit initiation, account management, collections.
Understanding of scorecard models.
Understanding of compliance/legal, operational & market risks.
Required Skills:
Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) to confirm key deliverables.
Experience with decision technologies (Blaze, TRIAD, NBSM or PROBE).
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate data retrieval requests.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure & tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with scientific or technical major preferred
Substantial related experience
