You will contribute to the project office follow up, identify sub-projects and contribute to the definition of key progress indicators. You will forecast all necessary resources (human, technical and financial resources) and arbitrate resource issues and prioritize sub-projects. You will participate in the definition of the follow-up indicators and reportings on the project in order to inform about status, planning, functional scope, resources and costs. You will be involved in the organization, coordination and leading of the sub-projects, as well as identification of arbitration or validation issues, synthesis and solutions proposal and identification of potential changes in scope or objectives. You will define roll-out actions including UAT plans, impacts on procedures, identification of local user to be involved. You will also define the change management plan with sponsors and local users and be involved in training sessions and user assistance.
Pre-requisites:
- Possess very good knowledge of the banking business, preferably private banking business, together with an extended knowledge of financial products, credit or risks and reporting
- A first knowledge of Olympic would be appreciated although non compulsory
- Minimum 7 years of solid experience in project management, with full understanding of project management methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Strong initiative and autonomy, and very good interpersonal skills
- Overseas business travel to HK and Europe will be required
