Equity Derivatives Operations: Our client is looking for a strong individual to help them set up their Equity Derivatives platform.

Ideally 6-9 years out of University with a strong grasp on Equity Derivatives. Additional knowledge of different products such as structured options a plus. This is an opportunity to be part of a exciting firm and have good oversight of a leading brokerage business. The successful candidate will be required to lead a small team with ambitions to grow with the business.

Daily activities will include: 

• Communication with front office, legal, internal operations and external counterparties.
• Supervising, training and delivering training sessions to junior team members.

Required skills:

• Strong in Equity Derivatives
• Exceptional communication skills
• The passion to grow with the company
