US GAAP Reporting & Analysis Specialist

Key Responsibilities

You will became a member of our team which:

  • manages payroll accruals (bonuses, vacation, overtime, severance) and governs the payroll processes, with great interaction with HR function and AHRS
  • supports controllers in payroll analysis
  • produces US GAAP Reporting to Corporate Controllership, answers to specific request of information and supports requests from Kpmg US
  • makes monthly analysis on major non-payroll expenses, as well as on some balance sheet accounts, in order to verify consistency of the trend and completeness of costs
  • makes pre-close/post-close Balance sheet and Profit & Loss analysis, in order to identify unusual trend to be investigated and justified
  • improves our processes and procedures, in order to get efficiencies and better work



Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

  • Accounting knowledge and attitude to analysis
  • SAP FI-CO basic knowledge
  • Total experience required: 3-5 years
  • Deep knowledge of Excel
  • Good English (written and spoken)
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Flexibility and availability to work over the standard time during month-end close
  • Pro-activity and attitude to work in team
