Excellent global sales leadership role with a rapidly growing company.
Our client is a fast growing British investment research organisation, analysing and providing judgement on economic and political risks in the emerging markets. Selling primarily to Asset Managers, they provide both a subscription based service and bespoke analysis.
What they need now is a strong sales leader who can take their growing global sales operations to ‘the next level’ as part of the company’s ambitious growth plans. Reporting direct to the CEO this person will have the autonomy and responsibility for reviewing, creating and driving the global sales strategy, managing and growing their new business and account management sales operations in Europe, North America and Asia.
Appropriate candidates will have: • A genuine interest in this domain area i.e. International affairs and economics etc. • A proven sales track record throughout their career, with the ability to demonstrate good structured sales processes selling research services or economic financial information for example. • Experience and success managing sales teams would be advantageous but this is not a pre-requisite, as our client is definitely open to hiring someone who is ready to take this next career step into sales management. • On a personal level must be able to demonstrate an excellent sales leadership ability, be tenacious and results motivated, and have the personal motivation to contribute to an entrepreneurial team culture.
