You will act as dedicated a Black Belt (BB) where you are required to optimize processes within the private banking divison; by introducing process management discipline, ensuring customer requirements are being delivered.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead OE Project and deliver project results to the Project Owner
• Provide ongoing progress updates to Business Sponsors and other stakeholders, and provide reconciliation on project expectations and outcomes
• Schedule and lead Tollgate Meetings
• Facilitate and manage change process
• Utilize and disseminate the Operational Execellence/Lean Sigma tools and methods
• Lead improvement teams and coach Yellow Belts
• Network and collaborate with other Black Belts within the bank to benefit the business
• Act as a role model for the Operational Excellence Transformation to all employees
• Coach Green Belts (only applicable to experienced senior Black Belts)
• Lead scheduling of Yellow Belt training and train Yellow Belts (not applicable to all Black Belts)

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of years working experience in a financial institution (preferably with Private Banking focus)
• Experienced Business Project Leader/Consultancy background
• Black Belt Certification or experience would be an added advantage
• Possess drive, is results oriented and proactive with demonstrated track record of setting and achieving organizational goals;
• Quick learner, highly numerate, possesses strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Team player with ability to effectively work with senior managers
• Good leadership, communication & presentation skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
