Overview of the role: •Generate sales leads. •Drive Credit card sales for low value new clients. •Work across several European markets. •Support sales process with collateral. •Develop Client Portal.
Responsibilities:

I.Sales leads

* Test and refine sales generation programmes. This will include testing DM, eDM and targeted. * Have input in directory and PPC campaigns.

* Improve the user journey from client portal to credit card transaction. * Develop and maintain promotional sales materials to support the selling process online and offline.

* Priorities and localize client programmes.

* Work with Jobseeker team to support sales efforts. This includes collecting jobseeker conversions/traffic numbers and trends and understanding jobseeker marketing campaign plans.

II.Reporting

* Update the sales team and management on trends and market insights.

III.Client retention activity

* Develop and execute a CRM programme. * Assist in production of newsletters for key segments and markets.

IV.Planning, segmentation, research and review

* Segment audience and develop campaigns to drive business goals. This will include understanding the client life time journeys and developing cross selling and up selling programmes.

* Responsibility for choosing appropriate messages and media.

* Presentation of those choices to key players in team.

* Writing creative and media briefs and liaising with agencies.

* Post-implementation review and analysis of campaigns – Track, learn & refine.

* Keep key players informed of activities on a regular basis, including some statistical reporting.

* Play a key role in EMEA marketing idea generation and the sharing of and best practices across EMEA, APAC and the USA.

* Conduct research programme to understand client’s needs and perceptions.

V.PR

* Develop a regular supply of content that supports our client, job seeker and graduate campaigns.

* Develop cross market surveys to highlight our global reach and add a unique layer of value.

* Role out our PR activity in additional key markets. Germany being the next market to test.

VI.Client portal

* Manage the development and upkeep of the client portal for all EMEA markets.
