Superb opportunity for a consultant to join this early stage private equity fund
Our client is a prominent UK private equity fund. They invest in small, dynamic and expanding UK companies at high growth stage and specialise in working with management to enable them to achieve their strategic objectives.

They are now looking to add an Investment Associate, who will work closely with the investee companies, as well as:

- Origination and evaluation of investment opportunities

- Conducting review, financial analysis, modelling, strategic evaluation and discussion with management

- Preparing investment papers.

- Transaction management – Day-to-day execution of all aspects of potential transactions

- Management of the investment portfolio once invested.

- Active liaison with companies once invested through to exit.

You will work for one of Bain, McKinsey, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boston Consulting Group, AT Kearney, Parthenon, Marakon, LEK and have an exceptional academnic background. You will also have very good UK client experience.
