Our client is an international investment bank, providing a wide range of services, including mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring. A market leader in middle-market M&A and financing, and one of the most active financial restructuring advisors of any investment bank in the world.

Analyst candidates must have:

· A strong academic background with a minimum of a 2.1 degree.

· One to Two years relevant experience, including financial modelling skills gained from working within corporate finance / M&A, corporate development or accountancy.

· Energy and enthusiasm, an analytical mind and a commitment to high standards and attention to detail.

Associate candidates must have:

· Three to Four years investment banking experience with a large investment bank, or be ACA Qualified with a Big Four accounting firm, with two to four years post qualification experience in M&A Advisory.

· Applicants must possess an excellent academic record, with strong numerical skills, and be able to demonstrate M&A experience, an interest in corporate activity and a professional understanding of UK corporate finance regulations.
