Investment Banking Senior Analyst / Junior Associate

Our client is a market leader in International M&A advisory and has a considerable track record advising large cap transactions. The Bank works across the broad spectrum of industry sectors and has an established presence in the UK, Europe and US. Due to continued growth, the corporate finance division is now looking to recruit at the senior analyst / junior associate level to assist with the origination and execution of M&A transactions.

Candidates should be: · seasoned investment bankers with the equivalent of three/four years corporate finance transaction experience · familiar with all aspects of deal management, including a detailed understanding of UK and international corporate finance transaction regulations; · able to demonstrate origination potential · able to show strong analytical and modelling skills combined with a solid understanding of the M&A process.
